Who we are

This is the website of Rowan at Alder Creek, 1200 Alder Creek Way, Alder Creek, OH 43000, professionally managed by Rowan Living (“we”). This policy covers what you send through the site and what the site records when you visit.

What the forms collect

Only what you type into a form and send, with the page you sent it from and the time. Each form asks for:

A tour request

Your name, email and phone, and if you add them, the day you’d like to visit, the floor plan you’d like to see and a message.

A message to the leasing office

Your name and email, and if you add them, your phone, your move-in date and a message.

An AI assistant you use can send these same forms for you. It sends only what the form asks for.

No form on this site asks for your date of birth, your income, your Social Security number or your payment details.

What a visit records

When you open a page, the service that runs this site counts the visit: the page, the address of the website that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, and your rough location (country, region and city) from your connection. It also counts when a form is sent, but not what is in it, and when a link that leaves the site is followed; for a phone or email link, only that it was one, never the number or the address.

The site sets no cookies and does not record your browser or your device. Your IP address is used for a moment to stop floods of form posts and searches, and is not kept.

The maps and the fonts load from this site’s own address, so no other company sees your visit. Get directions opens Google Maps, under Google’s own policy.

What the Ask bar keeps

What you type into the Ask bar at the foot of each page is kept with the passage the site found, so we can see what people ask and answer it better. It is not kept with your location or your IP address. An AI model, run for the site by its hosting service, reads your question to find the answer, so please don’t type personal details there.

The bar keeps the places it found in your browser tab, so Previous and Next work. They are gone when you close the tab.

Why we use it

To do what you asked: arrange your tour or answer your message, and keep a record that you asked. We count visits to see which pages people use and to fix what doesn’t work. We don’t sell what you send us, and we don’t use it to advertise to you.

Who sees it

The leasing team at Rowan at Alder Creek and the Rowan Living staff who manage the community. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

Clutch, the service that runs this website, stores the forms and the visit counts for us.

How long it is kept

What you send through a form stays in the site’s forms inbox until we delete it, and we delete it when you ask. If you sign a lease, what the lease needs is kept for as long as the law requires.

Visit counts and the questions typed into the Ask bar are kept for up to three months.

Ask to see it or delete it

Call or email the leasing office, or ask in person, with the name and email you used. Within 30 days we’ll show you what we hold, or delete it, except what the law requires us to keep. The office’s phone, email and address are below.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, this page changes with it.
