Rowan at Alder Creek wants its website and its grounds to work for everyone. Here is what we aim for, what is on site and how to ask for help.

This website

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Pages work with a keyboard and show where the focus is, pictures carry a description, and text keeps its contrast against its background.

If something gets in the way

Tell the leasing office which page and what went wrong. We will give you the same information another way, by phone, by email or in person, while we fix it.

Accommodations and modifications

You can ask for a reasonable accommodation in our rules, policies or services, or for a reasonable modification to your home, at any time, before or after you apply. Ask the leasing office by phone, by email or in person.

Assistance animals

An assistance animal is not a pet. It has no pet fee, pet rent or deposit, and the pet limits do not apply to it.
